Our products are manufactured by skilled master craftsmen with decades of experience to meet exact technical specifications. Professional engineers certify all designs and the structures are supplied ready to assemble and easy to install... no field welding is required. All of our shade structures are designed in accordance with the current Uniform Building Codes including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) wind loading and SBCCI Main Wind Force Resisting Systems for winds up to 170 mph. Our structures are designed to meet American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) or American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) specifications. We use a special galvanized welding wire and then triple treat each weld for extra corrosion protection. We use a galvanized aircraft cable to tension the fabric perimeter. This ensures long-term durability for the cable and the fabric. We triple reinforce all connecting points. Each connecting point has nylon webbing sewn in the interior to further reinforce the corner. In addition, the corners are designed to conceal the tensioning cable to give clean, smooth lines.
