Apollo Sunguard Systems, Inc. warrants all structures sold, will conform in kind and quality to the published specifications, and will be free of defects in workmanship and material. As a further indication of our quality, we provide a framework and fabric warranty.
 
Apollo Sunguard Systems, Inc. provides a 20-year non-prorated warranty for all steel framework against all structural failure due to corrosion, deterioration, or workmanship. Unless otherwise specified, units are designed for 5 lbs. snow loads. Please remove the cover during the winter. Owner is responsible for routine maintenance to preserve the finish and welded joints. This might consist of spot painting any points of corrosion if, in the unlikely event, any should occur (regardless of cause); and to keep connecting hardware properly secured. Failure to provide routine maintenance will void the warranty. Warranty constitutes repair or replacement of defective part. This warranty does not include any cosmetic issues, vandalism, incidental damage, or acts of God.
 
Apollo Sunguard Systems, Inc. provides a 12-year non-prorated warranty for all polyethylene covers against deterioration, rot, or faulty workmanship - including seam failure. Owner is responsible for routine maintenance of cover, which includes maintaining proper cable tension and cleaning cover annually with a light detergent and water to maintain color vibrancy. This warranty does not include any cosmetic issues, vandalism, incidental damage, or acts of God.
